What payment methods are accepted?
You can purchase your items via Klarna, PayPal, credit/debit card, Mastercard or Visa, Sofort, Giropay, and American Express.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes, we do.
Do you charge sales tax on all items?
No sales tax is charged.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you realize you made a mistake with your order or want to update it, please contact us immediately at contact@bokiie.com.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
How can I track my delivery?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order number by email. With this number, you can track your order. You’ll also receive a text message with your tracking number once the courier picks up the order, so you can easily follow your shipment.
