Return
Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable).
Customers will only be charged for shipping costs once (this includes returns). No restocking fees will be charged for returning the product to the consumer.
No charges will be incurred if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.
However, if the customer purchased the wrong color or size, or no longer wants the product, they are responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
If shipping was free, the customer will be informed of the return shipping costs (estimates can be provided based on our own shipping costs to customers).
Note: In the case of an order cancellation, shipping fees or discounted amounts will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at kontakt@bokiie.com.
Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled within 6 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make changes or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
